Andrew M. Kennedy, Esq. is an experienced attorney in the fields of Criminal Defense and Civil Rights Violations.

Mr. Kennedy has handled a variety of criminal cases on both the state and federal level ranging from: homicide, attempted murder, weapons possession, assaults, international drug conspiracies, simple drug possession and drug sales, Hobbs Act robberies, armed robberies and burglaries, drunk driving, sexual assault, child pornography, health care fraud, grand larceny, securities violations,  domestic violence cases and criminal appeals.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the complex felony panel for the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, Criminal Justice Act Panel.  Mr. Kennedy has tried felony cases in both state and federal court.

Mr. Kennedy has been practicing law since 2002.  While in college, Mr. Kennedy worked at a county prosecutor's office.  While in law school, Mr. Kennedy worked at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.  Prior to starting Kennedy Law Office in 2008, Mr. Kennedy specialized in stock market fraud litigation.

Mr. Kennedy has handled a number of civil rights violations for issues such as false arrest, false imprisonment and illegal strip search.

Mr. Kennedy is active with the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, family law division.
